If your purchase isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.

Request Return
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Pack Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, including the 'Loverboy' security tag, still attached.

Attach Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and remove any old shipping labels.

Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt for tracking purposes.
